Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
For fungal infection, I usually advise my patients to take oral fluconazole/ terbinafine for atleast 2 weeks.
Along with topical antifungals like miconazole/sertraconazole/clotrimazole are given for twice daily application over the lesion.
Keep the area clean and dry.
For symptomatic relief, you may take antihistaminics like levocetrizine in night time.
Also get your blood sugar levels.
If you have any further query, you may ask me.
Stay healthy.
