Hello. I just read through your question.
Multiple UTI's in girls under the age of 5 years raises the question of something called " Vesicoureteral Reflux", or " VUR". This is when a small amount of urine travels from the bladder to the kidney, the opposite of what it should be doing. This condition leads to recurrent UTI's. This has to be evaluated. I recommend raising this topic with your daughter's doctor.
