Suggest Remedy For Freckles In Vagina

Hi, My 9 year old daughter has 2 dark freckles on the palm of her hand, one on the skin between thumb and forefinger and she also has one on her genitals, i think its known as the hood of the clitoris, she pointed it out to me once and its still there. Is this normal?

Could be fungal infection. Attach some pictures of the skin lesion for proper diagnosis and advise.
