Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
If the skin doesn't come forward to normal position, see an Urologist.
If the skin is not brought to normal position,it'll swell, and pain may develop.
The earlier you see a doctor, the better.
If the swelling increases, you may need a circumcision urgently.
Always see that the foreskin is brought forward and maintain penile hygiene.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
