General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should have got physically examined after the injury. It is now two months since you are suffering.

Fogginess or numbness in the Left side of the face can be due to some injury in the eye, brain or facial nerve.

You are suggested to get physically examined by a GP & Eye specialist. The GP will examine if you have any facial nerve injury.

Facial nerve or head injury may cause numbness, fogging or Bell's palsy if left neglected or untreated.

Get your eyes examined to rule out any injury or loss of vision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
