Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Don't worry. You don't need any medication at present.

My advice to you is -

1. Usually we called hypertension when a person has persistent rise in blood pressure more than 140 /90 mmhg. Which you doesn't have at present.

2.Ask your doctor to do your 24 hrs blood pressure monitoring which will help you to find out how your blood pressure is fluctuating in whole day and night. Then your doctor can advise you further.

3.Daily regular brisk walking for 1 hour and healthy diet habits will control blood pressure without medications.

So, I hope I have given you satisfactory answer.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
