Suggest Remedy For Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels?

I am 51 years old, weight 84 kg. Having Blood Sugar level Fasting 137 and PP 161 as per Test report 06.02.2011.Dr. at Kanpur has prescribed : 1. Before breakfast : 1 Tab Triglycomet 2. Before Dinner : 1 Tab Janumet 1000 3. At Night : 1 tab Ecosprin AV 75 and 1 Tab Surbex Gold However, I find fluctuation in my Blood sugar level. How, can I keep it control and what are the moderate ranges of Fasting and PP Blood sugar. Also suggest any good Dr at Kanpur. Regards, N.D.Agrawal YYYY@YYYY

the fasting blood sugar must be less than 80 -120mg/dl
and the pp blood sugar must be less than 140mg/dl
you can also have a Hba1c check which will tell you the average blood sugar of yours over a period of 3 months.
with the medications you must have a timely meals and diet control
with good night sleep
regular exercises
this will keep your blood sugar under control hope this explains
