Suggest Remedy For Fever, Headache Wit Diarrhea

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here.I have a fever for the past three days. My headaches are really bad eveytime i move it hurts. Also my body feels in pain. And i have bad stomach cramps and diarreah. It hurts to pee and pooh. I can not sleep thought the night and i get really cold and boiling hot. What can i do to get better?

Dear you may be fever with gastrentritis probably viral etiology.

other possibilities like salmonella, shigella infection or malaria or other bacteria l infection may gives above symptoms.

Use tab.paracetamol thrice a day for five days,use tab.zenflox Oz twice a day for five days. take soft diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Take plenty of liquids, if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
