Suggest Remedy For Fever & Cough
My 4 year old son who has been slightly coughing and has had a runny nose, woke up tonight unable to sleep because he was shivering. His skin was cold to touch, and he has not had a fever. He was fine (other than the coughing and runny nose) until an hour ago.

Hi,
It seems that he might be having viral infection giving all symptoms.
Give him analgesic with decongestant syrup like Wikoryl plus as and when required for 2-3 days.
give him enough water and keep him well hydrated.
If symptoms persisted after 4-5 days, consult your doctor to rule out bacterial infection.
