Pediatrician 's  Response
hi, this appears to be acute gastroenteritis infection. The main thing that we have to take care in loose motions is dehydration. Give ORS solution to child so that dehydration does not occur. Enterogermina ampule once a day should be given for 3 days to increase intestinal immunity. If no improvement in 24 hours are there is persistent vomiting and loose tools then child should be examined by a doctor. If there is no improvement than antibiotic like cefixime needs to be started. Take care.
