Suggest Remedy For Fever And Cold

Hello sir,greetings ,my son is 9+months old and he has 102 fever..only his head becomes very heat and has running nose and cough aswell , pls suggest..we are using mefast,maxtra,eficef-ds,ambrodil-s, as referred by doctor but still hez same..pls suggest

Steam inhalation and local instillation of saline normal drops and oral Zinc drops will help relieve cold.
Avoid cool atmosphere and keep the baby warm.
Continue Maxtra and paracetamol.
Antibiotics are not necessary.
