Welcome to HCM
Hello,The goals of treatment in patients with femoral neck fractures are to 1,promote healing
2. prevent complications
3. return function of the limb
This can be done by
1. Improvement of nutritional status,
2. Early rehabilitation with walking activities
3. Physiotherapy significantly improve functional outcome .
The use of multimodal analgesia and regional analgesia primarily by perioperative continuous femoral nerve blocks also improve the medical prognosis and functional outcome of the patient.
Thank you
