Hello doctor,
i born as premature baby, right now i am 23 yrs of age, but still i am very week, getting suffered form ill all the time. I am asthametic patient since childhood., and my hairs of head and nose start getting grey., i want to be free from all this., due to my ill health., i am loosing my confidence and not able to go out of station for long time. I am very slim and my weight loss very fast..... doc please help me....

please check for hemoglobin, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 level.
please take iron, calcium supplements.
have diet rich in proteins and antioxidants.
