Suggest Remedy For Extreme Fatigue, Back Pain And Itchy Arms

I am constantly tired, fatigued, I have pain in my back with a lump next to my scapula, slightly low potassium and thyroid. My arm on my left side itches in the same place off and on and sometimes I could scratch the skin off if I let myself. I also have pain in my neck and now sometimes when I move my head forward it almost feels like something s being pushed up into the back of my head.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The symptoms you are facing is mainly due to underlying illness and generalized weakness.
Take iron and folic acid supplementation and also calcium supplementation for a month. This will help you to overcome fatigue and back pain.
Take levocetrizine 10 mg tablet once a day for itch.
Your situation should gradually improve. Wish you good health.
