Hello there,
With the frequency of motions and such a young age of the baby the risk of dehydration is very much there. I would urge you to take him to a paediatrician or a hospital where he can be given IV fluids(Drip) . If already he seems tired and disinterested, does not feed well or has skin that is dry and does not go back to its normal shape when pinched It is an emergency and the faster you take him to a hospital the better it is. He might have gastroenteritis which the doctor may treat easily but the fluid loss has to be corrected soon. Regarding medication depending on the baby's weight the dosage is calculated so it is better that it is given alongside the fluids in the hospital.

Your wife should have a diet rich in protein and fats and have plenty of fresh fruits so that her vitamin needs are taken care of. Eggs, meat, pulses alongwith ghee are all good supplements. Make her have atleast 3-4 litres of water daily as the milk she produces for the baby is 85% water .

Hope this helps,
Please feel free to address any further queries to me,
