Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
Have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Thyroid can have a great effect on hair fall and certainly predispose or aggravate it. You can start with topical Minoxidil solution of 5% to be applied twice daily. One generally needs to be on Minoxidil for at least a year to see optimum result. Along with Minoxidil you should also be on hair nutritional supplements which have Biotin.

I also suggest, you get yourself reviewed by the concerned doctor.
Hope that helps!
