Hair loss and scalp infection needs proper treatment. Try using Ketoconazole shampoo for 21 days (3 Weeks) continuously. The use it alternate days. You may also use Selsun shampoo once a week. Your infection and hair fall should come down.
If this doesn't work satisfactorily, visit dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
