Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi. I just had a urine test last night in my class it shows elevated biliruban but I m concern and very worry 4weeks ago I had physical and all my blood work including my liver panel were perfect I m very healthy32 years old mom I m just very worry I went to see my doctor this morning and she said we can do another test next week because of my menstrual period. Please give me an answer.

Hello,

You need to repeat your urine bilirubin estimation. If still comes positive than gall stone or by some other cause induced obstructive jaundice can be possible.

However, in such case, the clinical correlation is needed. Your detailed physical examination should be done to rule out the underlying cause.
