Suggest Remedy For Ear Blockage

My left ear has been blocked for a month.I have seen an ent doctor who said I do not have fluid or infection but it must be the inner ear.I have deafness ,pressure, dizziness and tinnitus. When I lay on my left side last night the pressure and deafness increased wihin seconds and it's even worse today.I am awaiting an mri scan.Is it possible this will clear on it's own?I have never suffered wiht ear problems before-i just woke up with it.
