Suggest Remedy For Dull Headaches

My son gets a dull headache once in a while - usually it starts in the afternoon. Sometime the headache is severe sometimes it is mild. Before the onset of the headache he burps frequently. He feels nauseated at times. Sometimes he vomits. After that the headache increases and then subsides. I give him home remedies.I mix Ajwain cause(carom seed I guess in English) and jeera (cumin seeds in English) or dry ginger powder in warm water and make him drink it. Then he goes off to sleep. But thank God it doen't continue the next day.

What could be the cause ? Can You please help me?

Given that your son has been experiencing recurrent headaches associated with vomiting, I would suggest he needs to be referred to a neurologist for a more in depth assessment and the consideration for an MRI scan of his brain. It would be important to know how long his symptoms have been going on for, any other medical conditions, any history of trauma or injury. I hope this helps.
