Suggest Remedy For Dry Lips And Testicular Pain

Hey, I Have This Feeling Like I Need To Do A Number 2 And When I Go Nothing Happens, It Feels Like I Have Trapped Gas, But When I Squeeze Hard Enough This Yellow Pus Like Form Comes Out, Ive Also Had Dry Lips And Sore Testicular Pain, Do You Think That This Could Be A Form Of STD?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of feeling of incomplete evacuation, feeling to go for number 2 that is bowel movement but nothing comes out, feels like a trapped gas, there is yellow pus like foam. There is also dry lips and sore testicular pain.
This may not be due to STD but due to a form of colitis.
I would advise you the following:
Get a stool tests for 3 consecutive days, tests of blood and urine, ultrasonography and get started with a treatment with an antibiotic, metronidazole, anti-spasmodic and as necessary depending the clinical evaluation and examination.
This will take care of the problems you are suffering.
