Suggest Remedy For Dry Cough,swelling Feet And Back Ache

i am 70 yrs old;hypertensive;suffring from osteoarthiritis;taking tab quvasc 10mg,tab jovit,tab mits, tab alfagood,tab uricon,tab simvazaf 20mg,now i have persistent dry cough for 3 months,burning and swelling feet;breathlessness off and on;backache,now what i have to do?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. For dry cough, you need to do salt water gargling and if still persistent, codeine sulphate can be taken. Medications particularly ACE inhibitors can case dry cough. Need complete list of medications.
2. Burning feet is due to vit deficiency, particularly vit B1. Take B-complex vitamins. It will reduce it.
3. Swelling feet is due to mild cardiac failure, which has also contributed to breathlessness. Limb elevation will be helpful in reducing swelling feet in lying down position with 2-3 pillows below legs. Chest x-ray is necessary for evaluation of breathlessness.
4. For backache, posture training along with back exercises necessary.
