Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been prescribed medication for upper respiratory tract infection by antiallergic drugs and antibiotic....
Cough suppressant also has been prescribed...

Your work up done as follow as no improvement noted in your health as per history....
-CBC
-Auscultation
-Throat swab or ASO titre
-Chest x ray if needed

If x ray shows any pus filled opacity means consolidation than sputum examination needed for further work up...

If AEC Hugh than fexofenedine and montelukast course prescribed...

If high neutrophilia and high count present than antibiotic needed

Vitamin C lozenges chewed two to three times a day

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist for examination with keeping all this in mind..
