Suggest Remedy For Dry Cough, Vomiting And Fatigue

Name is Gerry, my e-mail is YYYY@YYYY I have almost every symptom listed by every patient about Lisinopril. Started taking with a job high in the Rocky mountians said my BP was very high. Now getting floaters, numbness of left hand, dry cough, to almost vomiting, Extreme dizziness, tired fatigue all the time. No sex drive. Cloudy eyes, hair loss to name a few. Was prescribed 40 mg Lisinopril, 40 Hydrochlorothiazide. Very bad effects. Cut down to 20 MG Lis. and 25MG Hydro, still bad effects. (I have cut them in half for the past 6 months still bad effects.) My average resting BP is 109/64 to 125/83 pulse is 65 to 75. This drug is going to kill me. I will try to cut them in quarters. I think I need to stop them and monitor my BP daily. I have my own meter.

I can understand your concern.
Dry cough is the most troublesome and tge commonest side effect of ace inhibitors which include ramipril, lisinopril.
I would suggest instead of cutting down the dose , its better to shift to a new drug which do not have such side effects. I would suggest LOSAR H (losartan40mg+hydrochlorthiazide12.5mg)
This has tge efficacy similar lo lisinopril.
Since your blood prrssure is well with in the guidelines it is a good sign.
Kindly do regular physucal activity,cut down the salt content in diet.hope you are satisfied with the response. Thanks for choosing HCM
