Suggest Remedy For Dry Cough During Pregnancy

Hi ,My wife is in 7th month pregnant,and she started Dry cough from past 3 days and still continuing and went to daughter as well....doctor given some tonic and all...when her mother is pregnant on that time she also have same ....but when she was sleeping at night then only the cough will start..Can you please suggest me what we need to do....She was not sleeping properly at night times....can you please suggest me...

Hello sir,,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be allergy cough.As it is dry and coming on lying down position it might be mostly due to allergy.So it wont cause problem.Take syrup.benadryl twice a day.It will subside on its own.Cause for any allergen in room like dust etc.Dont worry.Take lukewarm water for drinking.
