Suggest Remedy For Dry Cough And Body Ache

I've been having a dry cough for about three weeks, without really feeling sick it's just been really persistent. For the last three days i've been staying home because i suddenly started feeling worse. Light fever, head ache, body ache, and some red spots on my chest and lower abdomen that I've had before, usully think of them as heat rashes. Any suggestions? Thanks

You are having DRY cough since 3 weeks .
Now from last 3 days you are having , fever ( light 0 , head ache, body ache & red spots
These all symptoms may be due to these reasons , these includes .
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a doctor . Usually there develops whistling sound during breathing due to allergy . Allergy causes bronchoconstriction and hence dry cough .
When such patients visit in my clinic I advise them to take monteelukast+ bambuterol tablet twice in day . I also advise them to take dextromethorphan+ chlorpheniramine maleat syrup twice in day.
2 The next reason of such symptoms may be tuberculosis ( history of illness of last three days ) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest and blood examination for C B C & E SR.
3 Typhoid fever may be the next reason with allergy . Get in blood for W idal and serology test.
In my opinion you are having allergy with super added infection so consult a physician get his opinion.
