Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having dizziness with headache on standing up from sitting position.
This indicates a probable migraine or transient ischemia because of vascular causes as a probable cause for headache and dizziness.
Do consult your Physician doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
