Hello dear Understand your concern Raspa is called dilation and curettage operation. It is done for incomplete abortion or retain product of conception in which uterus is cleaned. You should go for USG scan , if retain products will found you can go for raspa. And it also removed by using misoprostol. Dizziness after missed abortion is due to blood loss and due to hormonal imbalance, Normally disappear with in one week. But if it is continuous, take blood transfusion and healthy diet with iron supplements should be advisable. Do not stand up fast, first sit for few minutes and then stand up slowly.
