Suggest Remedy For Disability To Lock Hands Behind The Back

I am a cosmetologist so I am holding my arms up 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts for the past 3 years. I notice that I have terrible range in my upper back, arms, and shoulder blades. I haven't been able to lock my hands behind my back for a while now. What should I do?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some degenerative changes going on in both shoylder joints giving restriction of movements at the joint.
this is is clled periartheritis of shoulder joints.
Go for x-ray of shoulder joints and find out any atrheritis changes are there.
Go for active shoulder joints exercises daily.
Take calcium, Vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
