Suggest remedy for difficulty swallowing

HI..I HAVE BEEN HAVING DIFFICULTY SWALLOWING..HAD A ESOPHAGEAL MOBILITY TEST DONE..TOLD I HAVE A VOLVULUS OF MY STOMACH AND ACHALASIA. I AM HEARING FROM MY GI DOCTOR THAT I NEED TO GO TO THE TEAM AT YALE THAT DEALS WITH STOMACH STAPLING FOR WEIGHT LOSS..I ALSO HAVE COPD..UNOPERABLE LUNG CANCER RIGHT LOWER LOBE...ASTHMA..I AM 74 AND HAVE LOST 40 POUNDS (WEIGHT WATCHERS) BUT HAVE BEEN DOING AROBICS AND WALKING A MILE A DAY...WHAT DO YOU FEEL IS THE RIGHT WAY TO GO?

hello, thanks for Your query, copd, carcinoma lung, volvolus and achalasia. hats off to your will power and aerobics. at 74, it's risky to do any kind of operation with all these medical complications. try to manage with medications for swallowing problems. hope I have answered your query, all the best, take care.
