hello docter iam 18years old student male ihave a problem my mind is always thinking about something my mind doesnt have any rest even before sleeping at bed after my sleep my head is paining its means preadvanced thinkig on all the time i cannaot controll it leads to some bad behaviour may everyday or once in a week my behiour goes bad even while sleeping my mind is thinking and it leads to dreams so help me to clear out all the things

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The complaints you have described is very common with many students in your age.
First of all, kindly get your Hemoglobin levels checked. If it is less, it indicates 'anaemia', which is one of the cause for poor concentration.
If it is less, kindly take iron, folic acid and protein supplements.
For your headache, kindly get your eyes checked for refractory errors by an Opthalmologist. If there is any error detected, you can get it corrected by wearing glasses.
