Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic,
Breathing difficulty suggests some form of brochospasm which is commonly seen in asthma. You have been correctly treated with anti asthmatic drugs till now. But if you require increase in dose of the drug you are already taking, you need to consult your treating doctor for increase in dose or change in prescription. I suggest you get in touch with a physician for an opinion.
Thanks.
