Hello - i had, for second time in about two months, a sudden onset of diarrhea, extreme nausea, itchy palms and feet, and extreme abdominal pain, all accompanied by a breakout in profuse sweating. Each time it lasted about 20 min. and then went away.

Hi , you do your USG abdomen to rule out enteritis or intestinal obstruction.
It might be becz of ulcer, start omeprazole for that to see improvement. For enteritis start antibiotic like cefixime and metronidazole.
Take more water.
Do your CBC , to see eosonophilia in case of parasitic infection.for that treatment is albendazole
