General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Most of the diarrhea is due to viral infection, bacterial infections and parasitic infections.
Viral diarrhea goes off in the 5-7 days without antibiotic treatment.
Take following advises:
Continue BRAT diet (banana, rice, applesauce, toast)
Maintain the hydration:
Take oral rehydration solution
Boiled rice with added lemon and salt.
Sporaolac sachect.
Tablet pantoprazole on empty stomach.
If not resolves in next 3 days then go for stool tests: microscopy and culture.
Take treatment according to report.
Hope this may help you
