Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

Uncontrolled diabetis can lead loose motion....
Here also there can be possibility of acute gastroenteritis .....

In diarrhea along with fluid electrolytes can be lost....
Electrolyte depletion can lead muscular pain...
So main hydration with lots of fluid and electrolyte or ORS can be taken to replace lost electrolyte...
Banana can be useful as they can restore list electrolyte like pottasium....

Take oflixacin like antibiotic....

Probiotic tablet can be taken.....

Avoid non veg and junk foods.....

If still no benefit then stool examination done for parasites....
If ameba like infection present then ornidazole taken...

If still no benefit USG like investigation done...
Take care.
