Hello,
A diarrhoea has many reasons right from infections to food poisoning to intolerance of particular food types etc.
Please get stool routine test and if required get a colonoscopy also done to find D the source or type of infection. Meanwhile Tablet rifagut twice daily for 5days will help kill the gut organisms.
The red rashes need to be evaluated by a skin specialist.

Take care.
