Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea And Burping During Pregnancy

Hello. I m currently 32 weeks pregnant--no complications. My whole family has recently had a mild stomach virus; I held out without getting it until this morning. I have foul tasting belches and watery diarrhea. What can I take to relieve some of these symptoms? I have only taken two Tums antacids earlier this morning.

Dear- You need to keep a good hydration to avoid premature labor. In terms of antiacids, is ok to take them at the advanced pregnancy state that you are.
I recommend a bland diet, good hydration and see your gynecologist if no improvement i 48 hrs.
