Suggest Remedy For Depression

im twenty three years of age and suffered two known miscarrages. i knew for two months that i was pregnant this time something was not right so i went to the ER. they gave me an ultra sound and there was no heart beat and no baby sadly.the sack measured only five weeks. they diagnosed me with possible misscarage and discharged me.they prescribed a drug to treat pain, anxiety and nasua.that was three and a half weeks ago. when the meds ran out i grew extremely sick and began smoking marajuana while i waited for approval through georgia medicaid. i have an appointment with the doc today ay 1:30. what should i do? im afraid he wont understand the level of depression and dispair in which i cannot seem to excape. i just dont need anymore drama, they sent me home feeling as if there is a ghost in my womb, how could they even do that arent there bmajor health risks that could result?and what do i tell the doc about the drug at question?
