Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots In The Eyes

Hi Doctor...
I am having dark spots under my eyes and when consultant a specialist, he recommended to use Triglow Cream during night and to apply Sunban in the morning...It worked fine for some days and when for 2 days i stopped applying triglow cream, the dark marks eventually came again..my question is how long should i apply this cream and i have read tht since triglow contains Hydroquinone it may lead to skin cancer..is that true ?
