Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
From the description it seems like you are having a condition called acanthosis nigricans. There are a lot of causes for it like being over weight, Diabetes, insulin resistance, Hypothyroidism, Polycystic ovary disease etc. You need to consult a dermatologist for evaluation to rule out underlying causes. He will also help you with creams and chemical peels for improvement. Exercise daily . Try to reduce weight.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
