Suggest Remedy For Dark Circles Under Eyes

i have deep dark circles under my eyes. i am having atleast 7hrs of sleep every day. My working hours are from 7am to 7pm 6 days a week. + home responsibilities. But i manage to sleep from 10pm-6am everyday. (occassionally 11pm-6am). I have started taking sodox (one after breakfast), and Ener C 1000 (after dinner) since last 7 days. is this treatment going to be helpful? or else can you please suggest some remedy for them.

Hi

Dark circles around eyes can be due to various reasons .
They can be genetic or familial or due to stress ,inadequate sleep or due to anemia or hormonal causes.
It is important that you take adequate sleep .
Take a diet rich in fresh fruits and salads .
Get your haemoglobin and thyroid levels checked .
