Suggest Remedy For Cough, Blocked Sinus And Swelling In Throat Glands

Throat glands swelling in the evenings, violent cough, blocked sinuses, loss of voice and generally feeling run down, had a cold about 3 weeks ago, no pain in a 44 years old woman, smoker (approx 20-30 a day) and have been on anti-biotics for the past week and no over the counter remedies have been effective in soothing any symtoms.

Read and understood your symptoms, 7 days of antibiotics and OTC medicines.
I would advise you to take an opinion of an ENT Surgeon as you need a clinical evaluation, investigations and proper treatment.
Add-on:
Nasal decongestant nasal drops
Steam inhalations
Bed rest.
Keep away from instigating factors like fumes, scents,
Smoking- the greatest of the irritant- stop it.
Warm liquids.
