As of now you can take supportive treatment that is take Tylenol for fever reduction, Ibuprofen to reduce pain and aches, anti allergics like Levocetrizine, decongestants like Phenylephrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol and cough expectorant containing Gueifenesin and cough suppressant containing Dextromethorphan.. Do steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.. You can also sleep with head slightly raised and chin down to ease drainage and relieve congestion.. Hope this information helps..
