Suggest Remedy For Continuous Vomiting

My 4 yr old daughter has been throwing up for the last week off and on. In the past she has had to take Miralax because she wasnt regular. She has took it this week so I can't imagine her being backed up but last night she has been throwing up continuosly til there was nothing left in her stomach. Its like something is digesting right. But we have a new symptom now, her right side is tender to touch. Could she have appenditis this young?
