Suggest Remedy For Constipation, Dull Pain In Stomach And Blood In Stools

I'm a 39 year old male, 6' and about 170 lbs. healthy, exercise daily, nothing over strenuous. I have been constipated last couple weeks, bowel movement about every third day. First bowel movement last week hurt and was hard and large and after i wiped i noticed bright red blood... i am a male and no anal intercourse ever... when i looked at the stool i saw streaks of blood on it, but didn't appear to be deeper than on surface of stool. after that bowel movement they have been smaller and more pebble or stone size, not compacted but seperate. 2 days ago i started to get a dull achy stomach ache, uneasy feeling almost, it was there but not cramping just a constant dull achy pain. Today I went pee and i watch as i pee and at the end i usually run my finger from testicle sack to head of penis to push out and remaining pee, i am not rough or forceful just enough pressure to collapse the urethra and expel left over pee. After doing this I noticed some darker drops, not bright red, but more of a maroon color and they weren't solid almost streaky... no pain peeing but definately scary... should i see a urologist

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
There looks to be two different problems.
Per-rectal bleeding can be due to development of fissure-in-ano due to passage of hard stools that cut the lower end of the anal canal at two spots.
The problem with the urethra can be a stricture or something abnormal.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the stools soft.
Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation and urethro-cystoscopy to get the proper diagnosis and get the further urological treatment.
Also consult a Gastro Surgeon for clinical examination and further management.after investigations of stool, blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen particularly for Urogenital system.
