General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to acid reflux to Aerophagia

Aerophagia can be caused by excessive swallowing of air may be due to smoking, alcohol, use of carbonated drinks and soda and ill fitted dentures
Acid reflux can be caused by stomach hyperacidity or hiatus hernia

If you can provide me more details like your complete medical history and since hoe long you have this problem or any associated complaints

I would advise you to avoid spicy fatty fried and junk food or carbonated drinks
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Hope this helps you
please feel free to ask for more assistance I will gladly answer you
Best wishes
