Suggest Remedy For Cold & Cough
please advice My daughter of age 2 years 4 months suffering from cold ;cough & fever also . I have consulted a doctor he advice me to give DILO-BM syrup 3.5ml 3 times a day for 5 days.Because of viral infection chest conjession is there . i want to know if any side effects associated with this drug. Have any sleeping tendency ?

Generally the drug you are giving is well tolerated, few side effects like tremors, allergy to some components, dizziness are rare.
If fever is not responding within 2 to 3 days you may need to do some test before giving antibiotics.
