Suggest Remedy For Chronic Lower Back And Neck Pain

Hello, I have been suffering from lower back and neck pain for years now. I also feel tired and my joints are stiff and my skin feels sensitive. Sometimes I cannot cope with the pain and my best solution is to try and sleep. I am 44 years old, six foot tall and weigh 12 stone. Regards, Alan

chronic lower back ache and neck pain is due to ergonomic issue within your improper posture of working mostly. it is due to repeated strain on the muscles of neck and back. short therm remedies will be hot compression and dioclofenac gel of spray. Better to consult a orthopedic doctor who will take X-ray and scan of your spine. A physio therapist will take care of your pain.
