Suggest Remedy For Chronic Insomnia

hi doctor , i could not sleep for some months , 3 or 4 days could not sleep then next day can sleep a bit only 3 hours . Could u help me , I did visit GP they give me sleeping pills , but I do not want to drink it because worry one day if not use it I will not sleep forever.
