hello. i really desperate to know what is the causes of basal serum gastrin test to be extremely lower than usuall wt it actually indicates.
i been suffereing from chronic indigestion bloatinga nd gas and bowl movement problems

Basal Gastrin if low indicates that there is too much acid secretion in your stomach. Your symptoms are suggestive of the same.
